Late Payment Policy:
Rent is due on the first of each month. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in your lease agreement. If you expect any delays, please contact our office in advance.
Rent Increase Guidelines:
In accordance with Alberta regulations, rent increases require a minimum of three months’ written notice and can only occur once per year for fixed-term agreements.
